We started ClinicalFlow because we believe healthcare providers should spend their time caring for patients — not typing notes. Our mission is to eliminate documentation burden with AI that actually works.

The documentation problem

Healthcare providers spend an average of 16 minutes per patient on EHR documentation. For a provider seeing 25 patients a day, that's nearly 7 hours — often completed after hours, cutting into personal time and accelerating burnout.

We've lived this problem firsthand. ClinicalFlow was born from the frustration of watching brilliant providers reduced to data-entry clerks. We asked a simple question: what if documentation just happened?

The answer is an AI assistant that listens to the encounter, understands the clinical context, and generates accurate, structured notes in real time. No cloud dependency required. No PHI leaving your device. Just faster, better documentation.

Patient data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose cloud processing. AES-256 encryption, local-first architecture, and zero-knowledge design — because privacy isn't a feature, it's a foundation.

We don't cut corners on note quality. Our AI uses specialty-specific templates, medical terminology correction, and ICD-10/CPT/CDT coding to produce notes that are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
